Well, I was caught completely off-guard today when I found out that Sherrie and the gals at PGD have been working on a secret project I had no idea about …

What can I say, but WOW. I confess I broke down crying when I saw this today. I was so completely overwhelmed. Jim and I are very blessed.

And what on earth is the amazing submarines bit about?? Well, a new video was posted by the Navy today of the very submarine our son, Justin, will be serving on as soon as he arrives at his new port in Hawaii next week! :D We loved watching this and seeing a great tour of the very sub our son will be spending so much time on!

Sunset Palm Trees

Have you ever sat and watched the sun setting over the Pacific Ocean? I had that wonderful, awesome privilege a couple years ago when hubby and I traveled to southern California. We were in San Diego and drove out to Sunset Cliffs to sit on the red rocks and watch the glorious scene unfold before our eyes. It made the emotions just well up inside to see the limitless beauty of God's handiwork. I took many photos that evening, and plenty on other evenings there from other vantage points. On one evening I caught a couple palm trees silhouetted against the colorful sky at dusk. I decided to scrap that particular photo today, and I just love the results.

It's Almost Here!!

I'm so excited about the Lifting Hopes Collab Kit that's coming out the 1st of February! It is the first Collab Kit I've taken part in, and it's also a charity kit to benefit the National Foundation for Ectodermal Dysplasias. Once I read about EDs on LadyVDzine's blog, I just had to take part in this special fundraiser.
