Makin’ A Splash + Garden Time

Did you all enjoy a wonderful Easter? It was amazingly sunny & warm for our area – 64F for the high! Of course, the rest of the week we’ve seen rain and hail and even snow. But we enjoyed the lovely warmth on Easter, spent time outdoors, colored eggs with our son & his wife, and enjoyed a {huge} delicious dinner.

This week in the shop I have something *old* and something *new* and yes, even something *blue!* lol! But, no, it is not anything to do with weddings (unless they’re in the garden or at Sea World! lol). I’ve polished up the very first kit I ever released, Herbal Garden, and am offering it in my GingerScraps shop. Speed Scrap & Funkytown!

Signs of Spring …

It is Spring.

The sun is shining brightly… and there are fluffy little snowflakes drifting lazily down from the sky. It’s spring in North Idaho. I just packed away our heavy winter boots for the season. It’s spring. We’re working to clean out the garage. It’s definitely spring. The deer nibbled on my daffodils a little. It’s spring. The bluebirds are hanging around the birdhouses out front. It’s spring. The dog needs a bath, the bikes need tuned up, my shopping list includes things like steer manure and rose food … it’s spring!!
